Irene Verdú Muñoz (Oliva 1973) studied philosophy at the University of Valencia, where she also completed her teacher training. Since 2000 she has worked at the Oliva Archaeological Museum. She began to write thanks to the birth of her daughter and published her first book, poetry about baby animals. In April she published 'Un jardín de poesías' [a garden of poems], illustrated by Noelia Conca.
Ireneu Segarra (1918 - 2005) was also a child singer in his time. He studied music with maestros Barberà, Taltabull, Marshall and Nadia Boulanger. He directed the Choir School of Montserrat for over 45 years. He recorded numerous relevant works while raising awareness of the important work of the Choir School. He made a significant contribution in the educational field reflected in Meu llibre de Música.
