UN TESORO ESCONDIDO

This book collects together 15 of the 40 parables of the Synoptic Gospels. Each chapter presents one of the parables, with an invitation to: Hear it, Know it better, Discover its harmonics, Imagine it in life, Express it in a blog. This presupposes close reading and reflection, the search for other related texts and an exercise of re-reading: starting out with a story that recreates the time in which it was first told and a blog post on the web by someone who expresses his experience in contemporary language. The final project is Find a new name by which to invoke Jesus: each parable hides a treasure to fill us with joy.
