Leopoldo Brizuela
Leopoldo Brizuela is a poet, writer, translator and screenwriter. His novel Inglaterra, una fábula won the Premio Clarín de Novela in 2009 and has been translated into several languages by highly prestigious publishers. In 2001 he received a subsidy from the Gulbenkian Foundation to carry out research for a new novel that he recently finished with the provisional title of Lisboa. Un melodrama. As a journalist he contributes regularly to recognised Argentinian newspapers such as La Nación, Clarín and Página/12.
