Vanesa Carolina Pérez Torres graduated in Psychology, specialising in Organisational Pyschology, and gained her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Psychotherapy.
She has worked as a Human Resources manager for various companies, where she was in charge of recruitment and selection of all personnel, job descriptions and analysis, and welcoming and monitoring new employees, as well as planning, managing and providing training in quality service and customer support for workers in the service area.
Since 2002 she has worked as a training consultant, and is the person responsible for designing, managing and providing training activities in the area of human resources, management skills, quality service and customer support.
