    Mario Conde (Tui, Pontevedra, 1948) graduated in Law from the Universidad de Deusto and, at the age of 24, was the State lawyer and head of his class. He has been consultant to and general secretary of Laboratorios Abelló since 1983, vice president and consultant to the group Antbióticos S. A. and advisor to the Banco Español de Crédito, of which he became president in 1987. He was also president of La Unión y el Fénix, of Banesto, of the Fundación Banesto, and vice president of Iberdrola and consultant to Antena 3 TV.
