  • Marti Mas Cornellá

    The authors of this book are memberss of the Departmment of Prehistory and Archaeology at UNED. They are experienced in in their respective theoretical and practical fields, in addition to the presentation of their research findings in numerous books, articles in scientific journals, and attendance of national and international conferences.

  • Martí Perarnau

    Martí Perarnau (Barcelona, 1955) was a highjumper who particpated in the 1980 Moscow Olympics. He won many titles and was a record holder in Spain in every category. As a journalist, he began running the sport sections of various newspapers in Barcelona as well as Televisión Española in Catalonia, during which time he also set up the legendary programme 'Estadio 2'.

  • Martín Álvarez González

    Martín Álvarez González (Ourense, 1974) teaches cookery at the Vilamarín college of secondary education (Ourense).

  • Martín Berasategui

    Martín Berasategui (San Sebastian, 1960) the only Spanish chef to receive seven Michelin stars, is one of the stars of the international cooking scene, a position he has achieved through his energetic dedication to his work. Having reached the summit, all that is left for him is to do what he enjoys: cooking and transmitting his knowledge to new generations of chefs. He was also the first Spanish chef to establish a haute cuisine restaurant outside of Spain, with the Martín Restaurant in Shanghai.

  • Martín León Barreto

    Martín León Barreto (Montevideo, 1973), has been a graphic designer and illustrator since 1991; a specialist in the design of collections and  book covers for children's and young people's books. A resident of Guadalajara (Spain), he works with various publishers and communication media. He is an illustrator with the multimedia team 'Tres'.

    Maruja Torres (Barcelona, 1943) is one of Spain’s best-known journalists. She has published 2 humorous novels, a travel book and a collection of articles.
