Born in Cadiz, Eduardo Martínez Abarcafound ended up at college in Madrid.He enrolled at the Polytechnic only to discover (belatedly) that he was no engineer. He also discovered the theatre, and this changed his direction. With the group Ishtar, he took part in their stagings of various theatrical works for children and adults. Along with some friends from the Polytechnic, he formed the Tela-Katola company which performed in many different settings over a number of years. Eduardo Riaza Molina (Teruel, 1961) graduated in Physical Sciences from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and is a member of the Real Sociedad Española de Física. Since 1984, he has worked as a Physics and Chemistry teacher in the Colegio Retamar, Madrid, becoming head of department in 1997. He has frequently attended national and international conferences such as Science in Action and Science on Stage.
Aduardo Roca (Barcelona, 1963) is a researcher and professor. He has a PhD in industrial engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Barcelona. He currently lives in Heidelberg, Germany, where he combines teaching with various cultural projects. 'El taller de los libros prohibidos' is his first novel.
