Ernesto de Serdio (Sevilla, 1966) has a degree in Economics by the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. He has also made postgraduate studies at the European School of Management (ESCP Europe). Since 1992 he has worked in the wine sector as managing director, wine-producer and feature writer. He has worked in several companies such Pedro Domecq, Reserva y Cata, Grupo Vinartis and Hispanobodegas. Nowadays, he is a consultant and advisor for several wineries, specially, concerning internationalisation strategies.
Professor Emeritus at Deusto University, doctor at Freiburg-Brisgovia State University, graduate in Sociology from Salamanca Pontificia University and qualified in the Arts (specializing in the Anglo-German) at Deusto University. His various honours and distinctions include acting as vice president of the Humboldt Association of Spain. The thesis he completed at Freiburg-Brisgovia State University in 1968 won best thesis. His stand out works on philosophy have taken in Plato, Aristotle and M. Tullis Ciceronis, and in modern philosophy, Spinoza and the work of young Hegel.
Ernesto Schoo was born in Buenos Aires on 12 October 1925, and since 1948 he has worked as a journalist, specialising in culture, art and performance. He has worked at Argentina's main newspapers and magazines - on some occasions as director of their cultural supplements - including the legendary Primera Plana & Noticias, where he was theatre critic for 12 years. Today he is a columnist and theatre critic at La Nación in Buenos Aires, and a permanent contributor to the newspaper La Gaceta de Tucumán.
Esperanza Martínez Montes studied advertising and PR at the Complutense University of Madrid, a sector she has worked for over 10 years, mainly at Publicis Dialog y Sineusis.

Ester Pallarès has a degree in Audiovisual Communication by the UAB and a master’s in Multimedia Application Design by the UPC. He is taken a Phd in Persuasive Communication at the UPF and is a consultant in online marketing at Multiplica Madrid.
Ester Sánchez Vallina Bachelor in Geography and History, speciality of History of Art,(1998) and Specialist in Illustration from the Escuela de Arte de Oviedo (2002). In 1995 she founded the company Pintar-Pintar, initially dedicated to the promoting children's plastic skills by carrying out of workshops for public and private institutions. In 2006 the company extended its activities to publishing of illustrated albums for Since then, she combines company management with creation as writer and illustrator.
